Do You Offer Payment Plans or Financing Options for Biohazard Cleanup?
When facing an unexpected biohazard cleanup—whether due to an unattended death, trauma, hoarding, or hazardous contamination—finances can quickly become a concern. It’s natural to ask:
“Do you offer payment plans or financing options?”
Quick‑Glance Answer
At Joe’s AZ Bio Cleanup and Restoration, we understand how overwhelming these situations can be. While we do not currently offer payment plans or third-party financing, we do provide flexible and transparent payment structures based on how you’re paying—whether privately, through property management, or via insurance.
Below, we’ll break down how payments work for each type of client.
For Private-Pay Clients (Homeowners, Families, Landlords)
For clients paying out-of-pocket (not through insurance or property management), we require a simple two-part payment structure:
-
50% deposit before work begins
-
50% due upon completion of services
We accept all major forms of payment:
-
Credit cards
-
Debit cards
-
Checks
This approach ensures we can respond quickly while keeping the process clear, fair, and easy to manage.
For Property Managers and Commercial Clients
We work with property management companies and commercial property owners on Net 30 payment terms, giving you time to process payment internally after cleanup is complete.
We’re happy to provide:
-
Invoicing with detailed scope of work
-
W-9 and vendor onboarding support
-
Photos and documentation as needed
As an active member of the Arizona Multihousing Association (AMA), we’re committed to long-term partnerships and excellent service you can count on.
For Insurance Claims
If your cleanup is covered by homeowner’s or business insurance, we make the payment process simple and stress-free.
Here’s how it works:
- We perform the cleanup and submit the invoice directly to your insurance provider.
- You’ll be responsible for paying the deductible—which we request after the invoice is sent.
- Once insurance pays out, we collect the remaining balance from the provider.
We’ll handle the coordination with your adjuster and provide all necessary documentation to support the claim.
