AZ-BIO Cleanup & Restoration, also known as Joe’s AZ BIO, is a specialty biohazard cleaning business committed to providing exceptional cleanup services with experienced, trained technicians. Cleanup services are commonly referred to as Crime Scene Cleanup, Unattended Death Cleanup, Suicide Cleanup, and Accidental Injury Cleanup. Besides biohazard cleaning, we also specialize in Hoarding Cleaning, Virus Cleaning (C-diff or MRSA), Tear Gas Cleaning, and ATP Testing. We are a locally owned and family-oriented business serving the state of Arizona and we are a company that continually invests in training, certification, & education. Our staff is one of the highest trained staffs in the state.
With our 17 years of service experience, we were able to seamlessly respond to every emergency situation. Always prepared to dispatch to an emergency call, we strive to have a quick response time of 2-3 hours and use discreet vehicles. We promise to serve with a compassionate team, diligent in efforts, highly skilled, and at a reasonable cost. We are also trained in insurance claims and can assist in set-up, invoice processing and thorough adjustor communications.
AZ Bio started after the owner, Joseph “Joe” Trasser, experienced a traumatic loss in 2001 with a loved one close to him. After finding that there was a disconnect between the police leaving the scene and the lack of information on who to call for help after, he felt it in his heart to create a company that could do just that; bridge the gap. With that goal, he cultivated a biohazard cleanup company that not only remediates on an industry level but also honestly educates while providing beneficial resources that will help in the recovery process. AZ Bio serves all of our Maricopa County, Pinal County, Pima County, and the greater Phoenix area, including, Glendale, Tempe, Scottsdale, Chandler, Mesa, Gilbert, and more.

All vehicles our technicians use are unmarked, white company vehicles and don’t have our name or logo on them. We made that choice as we feel it’s in the best interest of our customers. We don’t need to advertise to your neighbors what we are doing or why we are at your home/business. It’s a sensitive matter and we choose your privacy.
